Should you, against expectations, regret your purchase, then any goods can be returned withing 14 days of reception of the goods. Should you regret your purchase, then return the goods in substantial state and quantity that you received your goods in. You must pay the freight costs for all goods returned. The purchase price will be credited to your account within 7 working days. Please remember to enclose information with your name and invoice number.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and seal still attached.

If you for some reason feel you have received a defective item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defective, you must contact us immediately by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and a picture/description of the defected item. Please send to email@example.com with subject "Defective item". Once we receive an e-mail from you, we will contact you as soon as possible with a RMA number (return number). Items sent without a RMA number will not be considered.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card. For some credit cards (Mastercard etc), expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded.
