It is important for us to create a good shopping experience, and that is why Cikkel Copenhagen offers an easy return policy.
When you use our return service, you are fully insured in case of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Your return will be refunded to the buyer's credit card. Our processing time is 14 days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.
Items purchased online at www.cikkel.com cannot be exchanged or returned at our retailers.
Returning items – Step by step
Create your return here
– Request a return via the return portal or via the footer navigation 'Return portal'. Fill in your order number. You will then receive a confirmation of your return and a return shipping label by email.
– Pack the returned items and enclose the return slip in the package. The items must be properly packed in their original bags/packaging including various labels and hangtags.
– Place the return shipping label visibly on the outside of the package.
– Drop off and return the package at your local parcel shop within 14 days after you originally received the shipment.
We only accept returns made via the return portal.
The price of our return shipping labels is shown below and will be deducted from your refund when the return order is processed.

Exchange service
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, a new type of item, or an alternative color, please return your item to us for a refund and then make a new purchase at www.cikkel.com
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original buyer's credit card. If the entire order is returned, you will receive a refund of the full amount, including shipping costs. If you return fewer items than the entire order, you will only be refunded the amount for the item(s) you return and not the shipping. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund when the return order is processed.
Please note that there may be a few days' delay from when you receive confirmation of your item's return until the refunded amount is back in your account. The timeframe for repayment depends on the credit card used and the card issuer. In the event that the recipient of the product does not match the buyer of the product, the refund will be credited to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase (DKK).
Important information
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Please ensure that all products are in the same condition as when you received them, with tags attached and packaging enclosed. Of course, the packaging may show signs of shipping and trying on, but please include it anyway.
We request that items be returned through our return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Quality guarantee and complaints
If an item is damaged during transport, has manufacturing defects, or other defects that have occurred within 24 months, please contact customer service at info@cikkel.com - Please attach photos of the defects on the product and describe the defect in as much detail as possible.
If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
